On the island of Saarema, young Ruudi lives with his mother;
he has never met his father.
Rudi’s passion lies with vikings. So when the attraction
at the fair is a spin with a real viking longboat, he comes
close to living his dream. Yet it turns out kids are only
allowed to go accompanied by their fathers. With his friend
Vika, Ruudi goes in search for a one, and has the idea of
arranging a father contest: with him for a prize, his mother
Karmen – and an ancient viking treasure said to lie hidden
in the bay.
