Miriam is a little hardheaded girl. Miriam's family is ot only Mom and Dad along with her younger brother but also a hen, friend of them all, who has human character traits and could be seen as a mirror of busily Miriam. Miriam's fancifulness and her wishes to do things on her own create constantly humorous situations and little adventures.

In the bright and funny short stories about Miriam's every day life a lot of things happen, some fail and yet a positive solution can be found each time - with a grain of wisdom.
