Every day life in Ruhnu and Bayrisch Zell, Tallinn and Schwerin. Dropout Vitali laughs about robber barons but drives along the short streets of small Ruhnu island with two Mercedes. In the middle of the alps, Gabi complains about German bureaucracy; it is hard to accept by her that the time of traditional farms is over. Retired teacher Christoph struggles with his request to remove the last Lenin monument in western world. And political activist Maire from Tallinn keeps on feeling threatened by their Russian neighbors and demands to finally penalize communist criminals.
